The financial services team at Farrer & Co handles a range of matters concerning mortgage conduct of business rules, wealth management and private banking, asset management, financial promotion and governance. Leading the team is Grania Baird, who specialises in the establishment of authorised funds such as UCITS and NURS among others. Jessica Reed‘s practice centres on the establishment of open-ended investment structures, with a further focus on ESG investing, while Andy Peterkin focuses on alternative capital raising structures and the marketing of private funds and pooled investment vehicles.
