Position
Matthew advises lenders and borrowers on a wide range of international and domestic banking transactions. In particular, he advises private banks on bilateral real estate finance transactions often containing both offshore and onshore elements. In addition to property financing, he also has experience of advising on asset financing, including transactions involving debt secured against aircraft and artwork.

Matthew trained at Farrer & Co and qualified as a solicitor in the Banking team in September 2015.
