Fulya Sert Topçu has been with ASC Law since graduating from law school in 2012. She is a member of the firm’s Consultancy Team, under which the firm’s Banking and Finance, Commercial, Corporate, Debt Restructuring, M&A and Capital Markets, and Project Finance practices are found. Fulya was promoted to Senior Associate in 2019.

Fulya concentrates her practice in the areas of domestic and cross-border project finance, asset-based financings, acquisition financings, financial restructuring, syndicated-debt financings and other strategic financings spanning a number of industries and business sectors. She represents leading financial institutions, borrowers and sponsors in domestic and international commercial finance transactions.
