Oya Gökalp joined ASC Law as an Associate in 2016. She is a member of the Consultancy Team, under which the firm’s Banking and Finance, Commercial, Corporate, Debt Restructuring, M&A and Capital Markets, and Project Finance practices are found. Oya was promoted to Senior Associate in 2020.

Oya specializes in cross-border and domestic project finance, and commercial and M&A projects, with a focus on transactions related to both the finance and construction of energy and infrastructure projects. Oya is highly experienced in the preparation and negotiation of FIDIC-based engineering, procurement, and construction (“EPC”) agreements.
