Career

Arda Coşar joined ASC Law in 2015. He is a member of the firm’s Consultancy Team, under which the firm’s Banking and Finance, Commercial, Corporate, Debt Restructuring, M&A and Capital Markets, and Project Finance practices are found. Arda was promoted to Senior Associate in 2021. 

Arda’s practice focuses primarily on domestic and cross-border energy (including renewables), infrastructure, project and asset financing transactions. He acts for, among others, commercial banks, international financial institutions and export credit agencies, as well as project sponsors and developers. The transactions Arda works on often involve high-value refinancings and restructurings. Arda had also worked on numerous M&A transactions, and has been a member of teams working on several good-sized IPOs.
