Hilal Bayar joined ASC Law in 2011, shortly after graduating from law school, and is a member of the firm’s Litigation Team. Hilal handles all manner of disputes, including ones arising under commercial, construction, employment, energy, probate/inheritance, real estate and trademark law.

Since being promoted to Senior Associate in 2017, Hilal has seen her arbitration-related work steadily increase, and she has or is taking the lead in several multi-million arbitrations. Two of these, for example, involve construction disputes, and another disputes arising in the telecommunications sector.

Hilal is a member of Istanbul Arbitration Centre’s, aka İSTAC, “Young Arbitration Lawyers Forum”.
