Ayhan Kılınç has obtained law degrees in both Turkey, in 1997, and the U.S., in 2001. In 2008, Ayhan founded and managed his own Ankara-based firm, before moving to Istanbul in 2013.

Ayhan joined ASC Law’s Consultancy Team in 2019 as Senior Counsel. He was elevated to Partner in 2020 and assumed the role of ASC Law’s CEO in 2021. Ayhan is a deeply experienced transactional lawyer, specializing in Commercial and Corporate Law. He has worked in the role of lead counsel on dozens of M&A matters for a period spanning over a decade.
