Advokatfirman Delphi has a broad intellectual property practice, advising clients on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters. On the advisory side, the practice is active in handling the IP aspects of corporate transactions, particularly initial public offerings, and it also provides ongoing strategic IP advice to clients. The team also represents clients in litigation relating to allegations of passing-off and infringement of trade marks and copyrights. Henrik Bengtsson leads the practice, and in addition to non-contentious work is noted for his specialisms in disputes involving trade secrets and advertising issues. Peter Skoglund predominantly handles anti-infringement cases for consumer goods and media clients, while Agnes Hammarstrand is based in Gothenberg and leads the team’s work in the e-commerce sector. Senior associate Rebecka Harding and special counsel Maria Winckler, who joined the team in March 2021, are also names to note.
