Position

Dimitri is part of the Corporate team and member of our Healthcare & Life Sciences team. He is an expert in the area of Mergers & Acquisitions, joint-ventures, participations and regulatory matters in the healthcare and life sciences sector.

Dimitri advises businesses, the corporate sector, (private equity) investors and healthcare providers, (international) manufacturers and distributors of medicinal products and medical devices. He focuses particularly on the healthcare and life sciences industry and has specific expertise in regulatory matters relating to (reimbursement and market access of) medicinal products, medical devices and digital health.

His combination of legal disciplines and understanding of the business needs of pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology companies maximizes value for his clients, from start-up or private equity owned companies, to large pharmaceutical and medical device companies.

Dimitri is also part of the Technology Transactions team.This integrated and multidisciplinary team of experts gives advice to clients with regard to transactions which include distinctive technology components.
