Position

Willemien heads Van Doorne’s Healthcare & and Life Sciences practice. Willemien advises healthcare providers, private investment companies and related community interest companies on such issues as mergers and joint ventures, funding and financing, corporate governance, contractual relationships with healthcare insurers, municipalities and grant providers, disputes, employee relations, restructuring and recovery. She also assists clients in raising private capital.

Career

Willemien publishes and lectures frequently. Willemien is vice chairman of the supervisory board, and member of the audit committee of TIAS, School for Business and Society and incoming chairman of the University of Applied Sciences in Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht).
