Position

Hanne specializes in mergers and acquisitions, inter alia, covering private equity, venture capital joint and ventures. This involves advising investors on setting up investment fund structures, management teams and entrepreneurs on various investment rounds, from early-stage through Series C/D, MBOs and exits.

Furthermore she has worked extensively with international corporations who wanted to add the Netherlands to their geographical footprint and advised foreign investors entering the Dutch market.

Her experience also includes corporate law generally and corporate litigation.
