Tejs Dyrvig Ernst is a partner in Accura’s Renewable Energy Team.

Over the years, Tejs has gained considerable in-depth knowledge of the industry and its dynamics. Tejs has headed legal teams in connection with many investments and transactions worldwide involving renewable energy projects in the pre-development stage and early development stage, including several projects based on cutting-edge technology such as green hydrogen, e-methanol, green ammonia and other Power-to-X-related projects.

Tejs assists with drafting, negotiating and executing core transaction documents, processes and project management, including cross-border M&A projects and due diligence investigations.
