Louise Hilligsøe Nørgaard is a partner in Accura’s M&A Team.

Louise advises Danish and foreign businesses on corporate and commercial law matters in connection with the sale and purchase of businesses.

Louise joined Accura in 2016. Previously, she worked as an assistant attorney and later as an attorney with Plesner.

Louise graduated in law from the University of Copenhagen in 2011 and obtained a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Financial and Management Accounting) in 2017.
