Career

Kristian Lykkeholm Klausen is a partner in Accura’s M&A Team.

Kristian advises several of the leading Danish and foreign private equity funds and industrial businesses. He primarily advises on business transfers and investments, including structuring of transactions, strategic considerations, completion of due diligence and drafting and negotiation of transaction documents.

Kristian has obtained vast experience in providing advice on multinational transactions and advised on several of the largest business transactions and venture investments in Denmark in recent years.

In 2015, Kristian was selected as one of Denmark’s greatest rising business talents in Berlingske Business Magazine’s annual Talent 100 nomination. He also won the Emerging Leaders Award – Europe, which was given by the magazine M&A Advisor for the first time in Europe in 2015. M&A Advisor has given the award in the USA since 2010. It is given to young talents under the age of 40 who have stood out internationally within the areas of M&A, restructuring and/or financing. Kristian was the only person in Denmark to receive the award in 2015.
