Marina leads the corporate and insurance law team, as well as the energy, infrastructure, and transport team. She has wide experience in providing legal advice on commercial law. As a German lawyer, she often collaborates with German-speaking clients.

Since the start of her career, Marina has been supporting clients in their corporate organization and commercial transactions across economic sectors, including regulated industries (financial institutions, betting shops, tobacco, etc.), and more recently in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Her international experience and excellent knowledge of the two jurisdictions are often crucial in supporting clients in their entry into the Croatian market.

In addition, Marina regularly participates in both implementation and due diligence procedures that are part of complex M&A transactions.
