As a corporate lawyer well-versed in a broad range of legal issues relevant to commercial and company law, Ema advises some of DTB’s largest corporate clients. Her thorough understanding of the legal framework and internal corporate processes enables her to effectively advise clients with respect to their daily needs. In addition, Ema is actively involved in complex transactions and project tasks. In the early stages of her career, her knowledge of the EU law compelled her to engage in advising clients operating in a variety of regulated industries.

She has great expertise in public procurement law. Ema often advises local and foreign corporate clients on all segments of the public procurement process. She actively participates in shaping applicable policies and formulating regulations by engaging in the work of the Public Procurement Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce in Croatia, where she has served two terms as vice-chair.
