AKD assists Eurofins Scientific Group

AKD assists Eurofins Scientific Group with the acquisition of Laboratorium Zeeuws-Vlaanderen B.V. and ALTIC B.V.”

Eurofins Scientific Group, a leading international group of laboratories listed on Euronext Paris, with over 12,000 staff members in more than 170 laboratories, specializing in food, environment and pharmaceutical product testing services has acquired Laboratorium Zeeuws-Vlaanderen en ALTIC from the founding shareholder who will remain on the board. Both laboratories specialize in testing products for the agricultural sector, including the testing of pesticides, as well as the testing of products for the food- and environmental sector.
