Remco Bosveld is a partner and a finance and structuring civil-law notary at AKD who specialises in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring and capital markets. Remco’s clients include international businesses, media and entertainment conglomerates, travel organisations and banks.

Remco has more than fifteen years of experience with company reorganisations, restructurings, setting up joint ventures, mergers and demergers. He has also supervised takeovers, divestments, corporate governance, share capital and debt issuances and bonds and debenture loans.
