Jos van der Velden is a lawyer and partner at AKD who is a specialist in environmental law. In addition he regularly teaches about environmental law and is a member of the board of the Dutch Association of Environmental Lawyers [Vereniging van Milieurecht-Advocaten] (VMA) and a member of the Environmental and Planning Act review council of the Association of Netherlands Municipalities [Vereniging Nederlandse Gemeenten] (VNG).
