Netherlands > EU and competition

The EU and competition team at AKD is noteworthy for its abilities assisting clients on various matters, including those involving the FDI regulatory framework, and those at the intersection between competition and consumer law. Grant agreements and applications on financial regulations are also frequent cases for the practice, which is co-led by Pieter Kuypers and Joost Houdijk; both split their time between the firm’s Brussel and Amsterdam offices.
