Position

Hanna Beyer Olaussen is a Partner at Wikborg Rein’s Oslo office. She is Head of the firm’s Technology and Digitalisation department and Head of the firms intellectual property law practice group.

Contracts: Hanna has extensive experience on advising clients in relation to protection and commercialisation of technology, including digital solutions. She assist in drafting and negotiations of e.g. technology transfer agreements, license agreements, various cooperation agreements, research and development agreements, terms of use, service agreements, consultancy agreements, distribution agreements, agent and franchise agreements. She also assists in IT-procurements.

Disputes: Hanna also advises clients in relation to trademarks, marketing law, business secrets and employee inventions, where here practice also includes assisting the clients in dispute resolutions.

M&A: Hanna regularly assists clients in technology transactions with a focus on safeguarding, protecting and evaluating technology investments.
