Position

Hanna is head of the firm’s specialist group for Intellectual Property law, Marketing law and IT-law practice group. As one of Norway’s leading technology lawyers, she has extensive experience in these areas, and works with strategic advice, contracts, M&A, disputes and IT procurements. Hanna assists with the protection and commercialization of technology, including digital solutions. She assists in drafting and negotiating contracts, including technology transfer agreements, license agreements, collaboration agreements, research and development agreements, terms of use, service and consultancy agreements, distribution, and agent and franchise agreements. She assists clients in transactions with a focus on securing, protecting and evaluating technology investments, including assessing risk in IT solutions. Hanna also works with trademarks, domains, company names, trademarks, marketing law, know-how, trade secrets and employee inventions, where the practice also includes assistance in dispute resolution. Hanna is ranked in Legal 500 both within intellectual property law and TMT (technology, media and communication) and in Finansavisen’s lawyer evaluation for “intellectual property law” and for “trade law”.
