Position

Rolf’s expertise are within IT-contracts and IT-procurements, data protection/privacy, information security, e-id, electronic signature, e-business and data sharing issues. Rolf has expert knowledge of the application of all Government’s Standard Terms and Conditions for IT Procurement (SSA) which are the most frequently used standard IT-contracts in Norway even in the private sector. He assisted in drafting the new model cloud services agreements (SSA-sky) which were published in 2021 and in the overall update of the other SSAs in 2015. Riisnæs was appointed Dr. juris in 2006 for his thesis regarding digital certificates and certification services (PKI and electronic signatures). Rolf is credited by Chambers and Partners (Band 1) and Legal 500 (Leading Individuals) for TMT/Information Technology and is appointed among Thought Leaders – Data by Who’s Who Legal.
