Wikborg Rein‘s ‘impressive, proactive and thoughtful patent litigation team‘ recently represented Siemens in a patent infringement and misuse of confidential information dispute against Subsea Solutions relating to a subsea hydraulic power unit, and defended Teva Europe in a claim against Boehringer Ingelheim Pharma relating to its patent for inhalation capsules. The group also handles issues pertaining to trade marks, trade secrets and unfair competition issues.
