Position

Gunnar specialises within intellectual property law, with a particular focus on patent, trademark and trade secrets litigation. He has in-depth knowledge within life sciences, including pharmaceuticals, and related regulatory issues. Gunnar has extensive litigation experience before all courts, including the Supreme Court. He has argued a substantial number of cases within patent and trademark law. He regularly represents businesses within the pharmaceutical industry, oil and gas, renewables, agriculture and branded consumer goods.
