Position
Erik primarily works with property development, transactions, lease agreements and general assistance to property owners. Erik advises both traditional property companies, as well as institutional and financial players, and has significant experience from assisting clients within i.a. project financing and private equity, and a number of his clients are foreign investors in the Norwegian market. Erik has extensive experience from arranging and carrying out real estate transactions, including portfolio sales, forward structures, and sale-lease-back. He also has extensive experience from negotiating lease agreements. Erik has previously worked as deputy judge at the Oslo County Court (Oslo Byfogdembete), which handles bankruptcy / insolvency cases, temporary injunctions, etc.
