Sophie is an associate in Whitney Moore’s Corporate team. She has experience in advising clients in relation to private equity investments, corporate governance, corporate restructuring and corporate management, commercial arrangements and agreements and contracts. She also has experience in family law litigation, personal injuries litigation and dispute resolution.
Career
Sophie qualified as a barrister in 2013 and was nominated and declared first runner up for the Tony Curtis Young Professional award with CEDR in 2012. She joined WhitneyMoore in 2015 and qualified as a solicitor in 2016. Sophie is a qualified Mediator with a Masters in Dispute Resolution and a Bachelor of Civil Law (BCL) from University College Dublin.
