Lyn is a Partner in William Fry’s Banking & Finance Department. Lyn has significant experience in advising global financial institutions, private equity firms and corporate clients on a range of domestic and international financial transactions, with particular expertise in leveraged finance, acquisition financing, financial restructuring and syndicated lending.
