Position

Shane is Head of William Fry’s Corporate Department. He has been involved in a number of significant acquisitions, joint venture, venture fund, fundraising and take private transactions on behalf of Irish and international clients (both public and private). He specialises in corporate finance advising leading Irish and international investment houses and private equity firms in relation to corporate acquisitions, equity financings and corporate recovery transactions. His clients include the private equity/investment houses Gordon Brothers, York Capital, Merrion Capital, Davy, NCB Ventures and ACT Venture Capital.
