David Cullen is a Partner and Head of William Fry’s Technology Group, specialising in complex technology matters and the strategic protection and development of intellectual property. His extensive experience covers outsourcing, cloud computing, personality rights, data protection, biotechnology, and electronic commerce.
Memberships
David is a member of the Licensing Executives Society, the Irish Software Association, the Irish Medical Device Association and former Chairman of the Copyright Association of Ireland. He has served as a judge at the Irish Software Awards and is a regular speaker at events. He is also a Registered Trade Mark Agent.
