Position

Partner Georg Abusdal Engebretsen specialises in assisting Norwegian and international enterprises and public institutions in compliance and investigations. He has extensive experience and expert knowledge in a wide range of compliance law matters in a number of business sectors , including technology, industry and shipping. Mr. Engebretsen is also an experienced litigator and has, among other things, litigated cases concerning infringement penalties under the Norwegian Competition Act. He is often used as a lecturer both in Norway and abroad. He has for many years been a member of the compliance committee of the Center for Continuing Legal Education.
