Position

Partner Ronny Lund works with contract law in general and construction law in particular, both onshore and offshore. His assistance includes all stages of a contractual relationship, from the pre-contractual phase of preparations, contract drafting and negotiations, to contract administration and dispute resolution in or out of court. Lund’s background from the Office of the City Advocate in Oslo has given him good knowledge of and experience with related areas of law, including general and special administrative law and the rules regarding the pre-contractual phase of public procurement. Lund also has extensive experience with litigation before Norwegian and international courts of arbitration. He is also widely used as a mediator and arbitrator.
