Francis Nordmann advises institutional and private investors as well as owners of real estate in all aspects of real estate law including real estate financing. Another focus of Francis Nordmann is legal advice relating to financial services and all kind of forms of national and international corporate finance (including structured finance) and capital markets transactions. Before joining Walder Wyss in 2001, he gained working experience as clerk at the civil court Basel, trainee in a Basel law firm and associate in Zurich and London law firms.
