Paul deals with a wide variety of shipping law matters, and is regularly involved with cases in the High Court and international arbitration tribunals regarding disputes arising from all aspects of the carriage of goods by sea.
Paul also advises clients on a broad range of civil and commercial disputes, both nationally and internationally, having previously been instructed to take and defend proceedings ranging from simple debt recovery matters in the Small Claims Court to complex matters in the High Court.
Paul also deals with issues relating to the import and export of goods, including advice on customs debts, tariffs and duty.
