Martin has worked as a construction lawyer for over 40 years, both in private practice and in industry. He is a practical lawyer who can explain complex issues simply and clearly.
Martin has been involved in a number of significant projects including Canary Wharf, Heathrow Express Way and the Channel Tunnel. He has substantial expertise on all aspects of construction projects from the preparation and negotiation of procurement documentation, including procurement documentation for NHS, LIFT and PFI projects, BSF projects, process and mechanical engineering projects, energy and renewable energy projects, EPC contracts and professional appointments to advise on all types of dispute resolution. Martin is also an accredited mediator.
Martin’s role with the firm covers a variety of construction law issues, ranging from pure construction projects to large scale complex development projects, where construction law issues form an integral part of the firm’s wider brief.
