Peter is a member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel and acts for both claimants and defendants in a very wide range of claims, including industrial disease and claims of maximum severity and also in claims regarding failure to indemnify.
Peter also deals with a wide variety of claims arising out of estates as well as claims under the Inheritance Provision for Family and Dependants Act 1975, professional negligence claims against solicitors, surveyors and insurance brokers and a range of other disputes including sale of goods, industrial espionage, theft of confidential information, trespass to land and to goods, breach of trade mark, passing off and breach of restrictive covenants in employment.
