Uría Menéndez fields a ‘technically impeccable‘ Spanish tax group, which provides comprehensive cross-border advice to its multinational client base. Particular focuses include business combinations and finance restructurings, with recent advice to Neinor Homes and Quabit on their merger and subsequent restructuring being a prime example. Víctor Viana now heads the practice after taking over the role from experienced senior partner Rafael García Llaneza. David López frequently advises on tax litigation and investigations, while Miguel Cremades has honed his expertise in 15 years as partner, as well as professional experience as a state tax inspector. Violeta Pina stands out at the senior associate level.
