Equity Partner.  Christian Mocellin has extensive experience in Real Estate Law, company law and commercial contracts.

He assists Italian and international Real Estate companies and investment funds and Real Estate developers, national and multinational in the acquisition of areas and in the negotiation of the relevant agreements, drawing up and negotiation of construction agreements, sale and purchase agreements, forward lease agreements and, more in general, on civil and commercial law. In particular, Christian is specialized in real estate developments and in the acquisition and dismissal of Real Estate portfolios and of single assets. Christian has a wide experience in all the legal issues related to the Real Estate sector and, in particular, those relative to RE development.
