Position

Equity Partner, based in Rome.  Federico Manili  specialises on Corporate and Commercial contracts and Acquisitions, especially in the sector of Renewable Energies.

Manili’s expertise covers the drafting of due diligence reports and all types of contracts and, in the renewable energy sector, legal services connected with the development, implementation, financing and transfer of wind and/or solar energy projects.

Federico Manili is qualified for practicing his profession both in Italy and in Denmark, where he has practised for many years before returning to Italy in the late nineties. Due to his knowledge of the Danish language and the Danish law, at Nctm he also assists leading clients from Denmark and from Nordic countries in general, advicing them on a regular on-going and ad-hoc basis. 

Specifically on his RE expertise, Federico Manili has a more than 20 year-experience in assisting Danish, German, UK, Belgian, French and Spanish companies in the acquisition of RE-projects and plants, both in the wind and in the PV sector. In addition, Federico Manili has assisted for years Danish wind turbines companies in connection with the sale and the installation of plants in Italy.
