Equity Partner. Carlo Grignani specialises in commercial and corporate law as well as in M&A, mainly in the telecommunications, new technologies and energy sectors. Is involved in domestic and cross-border M&A, JV and start-up investment transactions, relating to either listed and non-listed companies.

Has matured extensive experience in contract law, this including specific expertise in relation to contracts in the TMT sector, in the energy sector, contractual liability and consumer legislation. Participated to national and international workshops on telecommunications law, IT, Data Protection, M&A and Energy.
