Equity Partner, based in Rome.  Dario Clementi has extensive experience in legal advice on employment, labor law, benefits, executive operations, legal negotiations, contracts and memorandums draft – day-to-day legal counseling and assistance in litigation management for national and international prime companies – development of employment policies – handling of corporate crisis and promotion of collective dismissal procedures and collective retirement plans for mass employee termination – labor relations – personally handled procedures entailing unemployment insurance and redundancy, reconciling the latter with defensive job security agreements for the companies subject to extraordinary wages guarantee fund regime – directing and coordinating a team of trainee lawyers and associates on the day-to-day legal counseling – represents prime national and international companies before Courts and Public Boards (e.g. Direzione Territoriale del Lavoro, Ministero del Lavoro, commissioni di conciliazione, collegi arbitrali).
