Position

Equity Partner, based in Rome. Paolo Agnesi provides consulting services to public, private as well as multinational companies, and has acquired specific expertise in corporate, tax-related and budgetary matters. He is predominantly engaged in tax advising and tax planning with particular regard to both ordinary problems and extraordinary transactions. He has been engaged in numerous transactions for the acquisition of companies and of stakes in companies advising on corporate and fiscal aspects.

Paolo Agnesi provides advice on corporate matters with particular reference to issues concerning the operation of governance and regulatory bodies.

He was appointed as Technical Expert for the Party by a company listed on the stock exchange for the carrying out of an accounting appraisal. He has been lecturer in refresher and training courses on budgetary, accounting and tax-related matters for public and private companies.

In his professional activities he was appointed Liquidator of various companies, including multinational corporations, and managed companies engaged in the commercial and financial sector. He has held the office of Sole Director of a company controlled by the Lazio Region.

Paolo Agnesi is member of the Board at Nctm.
