Position

Michele Motta, Equity Partner, specializes in corporate and commercial law, with particular regard to M&A and Private Equity.

He regularly assists leading national and international players, operating in various industrial fields, with respect to extraordinary management transactions (e.g. sales and contributions of shares, sales, contributions and leases of businesses and lines of business, corporate capital increases, mergers and demergers, joint venture, start-up investments etc.), with a special focus on luxury&fashion, retail, e-commerce, and consumer industries.
Michele also advises on an on-going basis both Italian and international clients and primary companies’ groups on all legal aspects of corporate and commercial law and commercial contracts pertaining to their ordinary management activities.
