She is member of the supervisory board established pursuant to Legislative decree n. 231/2001 at some companies.
From 2003 to date is an Equity Partner of the law firm Nctm Studio Legale in Milan. Before joining Nctm, she worked at Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati and in 2001 she was seconded to the international tax department of PWC in London.
She is author of some publications and speaker at conferences mainly organized by the association and Foundation of “dottori commercialisti” of Milan.
She was admitted to the Registered of chartered accountants (“dottori commercialisti”) in 1992 and enrolled in the Register of dottori commercialisti of Milan in 1995.
She is enrolled in the Register of Auditors at the Ministry of Economy and Finance since 1999 and in the Register of Technical consultants of the Court of Milan since 2015.
She received law degree in Economic and Business administration in 1991 from Bologna university (110/110 cum laude).
ADVANT Nctm‘s tax practice comprises both lawyers and chartered accountants, who advise international and domestic clients on cross-border tax issues, M&A and IPO-related taxation, and tax litigation. Other key areas of expertise are real estate taxation, transfer pricing, and assisting high-net-worth individuals. Tax transactions specialist Barbara Aloisi leads the practice, which also features widely respected tax experts Federico Trutalli, Guido Martinelli and Piermauro Carabellese.
