Equity Partner, based in Rome. Sante Ricci specialises in Corporate and Commercial Law and International Business transactions. He advises leading national and multinational groups in corporate and compliance legal needs, such as FCA , Ferrari, Maserati, NTV, Confindustria, LUISS University of Rome, Fiere Internazionali di Bologna, RCS Rizzoli Corriere della Sera, Fiera di Roma. Mr. Ricci is also a lecturer of Compliance and Corporate Governance at the University of LUISS and author of a variety of publications on commercial agreements and corporate governance; he is a member of the Confindustria Board for the preparation of the guidelines concerning organization standards in compliance with Decree Law n. 231/01.
