Eva Yazitzoglou, being one of the founding partners of Dr. Helen G. Papaconstantinou and Partners, Law Firm (HP&P), after a many years’ successful career in a leading position in the firm became managing partner in 2018.

She is an Attorney at Law and a European Patent Attorney with more than 40 years of recognized professional experience in trademark, patent and copyright law, including consultation, management and maintenance of international trademark and patent portfolios and has been advising major international clients in all industry sectors. She has further worked closely with clients from various sectors and have successfully addressed different trademark and patent infringement cases involving individuals and companies throughout Greece, either by reaching out-of-court agreements or by proceeding to litigation. She is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court and the Council of State.

Ms. Yazitzoglou makes significant contributions through various associations and prestigious IP resources.
