Career

Zlatan Balta is the Bosnian-Herzegovinian local leader of Legal Partners Law Firm, in cooperation with Deloitte Legal, and is a fully qualified attorney-at-law, with over 10 years of legal experience in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

He joined Legal Partners, in cooperation with Deloitte Legal, in 2022, to head the local legal practice, after spending nearly 10 years working with CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz.

Zlatan focuses on competition law, mergers & acquisitions, corporate law, commercial law and dispute resolution.

Zlatan has represented and advised major international clients in Bosnia and Herzegovina and has worked on many of the biggest transactions in Bosnia and Herzegovina in recent years.

In addition, Zlatan is an Adjunct Instructor at the International University of Sarajevo.
