Career
Glafkos advises a broad range of corporate and private clients on tech-focused M&A, private equity and growth capital transactions and general company law matters. Glafkos has particular experience in advising on healthcare data M&A transactions, having led many deals in this sector. Glafkos also acts for corporates operating in the cybersecurity, enterprise software, retail and digital marketing sectors. He has particular expertise in corporate compliance and regularly advises on, amongst other matters, Bribery Act and Criminal Finances Act compliance and assisting clients with the creation of business risk assessments.
Glafkos joined Deloitte Legal in 2021 as part of Deloitte’s acquisition of Kemp Little. He joined Kemp Little as a corporate partner in 2012, having previously been a partner at Charles Russell Speechlys for almost 10 years. Glafkos started his career at Baker McKenzie and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
