Career
Claire is the lead partner for the pensions legal advisory practice within Deloitte Legal.
Claire acts for a broad spectrum of clients including trustees of defined benefit pension schemes, employers sponsoring such schemes, public sector bodies, contracting authorities and contractors bidding for contracts. Claire also acts for corporates carrying out transactions, restructuring their groups, or trying to reduce their pension liabilities. She has been advising clients in respect of pensions law for over 18 years.
Claire works alongside our corporate, M&A, outsourcing and employment lawyers while also integrating with Deloitte’s actuaries, consultants, administrators and investment consultants in providing an end-to-end solution for clients.
Claire joined Deloitte Legal from DLA Piper UK LLP where she was a partner.
