Mariusz Śron is an attorney-at-law admitted to practice in Poland and the Partner at Deloitte Legal in charge of the firm’s offices in Poznań, Łódź, Gdańsk and Szczecin. He specialises in corporate, civil and labour law, as well as the reorganisation of business entities and structures.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
Mariusz has extensive experience of mergers, demergers and business transformations. He has taken part in numerous legal due diligences, advised on acquisitions in various industries and provided legal support at all stages of transactions for projects involving restructuring, cross-border mergers and acquisitions. He has advised foreign and domestic clients (in particular those from Germany, Netherlands, Japan and Cyprus) on legal aspects of their business operations, and maintains ongoing relationships with law firms associated with Deloitte in Western Europe.
His practice includes, inter alia, advising businesses from the manufacturing, finance, automotive, and FCMG sectors, as well as advising investment funds.
