Michal is an attorney-at-law admitted to practice in Poland and a Partner at Deloitte Legal. He focuses on project finance in the energy sector and infrastructure as well as public-private partnership (PPP) projects.
He has advised lenders, sponsors as well as contractors. He was involved in the implementation of the most major PPP projects developed in Poland and has a vast experience in tender procedures.
He has been involved in a number of deals in the energy sector, such as privatizations, greenfield and brownfield projects, including renewables.
