Ryszard Manteuffel is an advocate admitted to practice in Poland and a Partner at Deloitte Legal, specialized in corporate and securities law with an emphasis on preparation of public offers of securities and public companies acquisitions.
He advises public companies, investment firms, investment funds and institutional investors on various legal aspects of Polish laws. Together with his team he obtained the brokerage license for Chatham Financial in record time of several months and was advising in the Inpost IPO on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange.
Ryszard is lecturer on the Warsaw School of Economics.
